A Blargggh Type of Sunday

I had a longer drive this morning coming back from visiting family, and the traffic was so very unenjoyable – people going way, way over the speed limit and weaving their cars across three or four lanes of the interstate, and several going quite under the speed limit. Like ugh, why. And usually traffic isn’t quite so bad the route I go, but all the lanes of the interstate felt packed with cars. Booo. And I didn’t have enough coffee this morning, which is my own fault. At least today was a D&D day, but my character was left off at the end of the game rolling death saves 🥲.

And the black tea I drank during game did not even help a little to perk me up. My stomach is mad at me, too, with heart burn of doom. I had a tasty veggie sub sandwich from a nice Italian deli, so I don’t know what the deal is with today. And I’ve still been having tension headaches, but they are…better? They are not a migraine at least?

But hey – on an optimistic note: I got one page of practice in on my iPad – studying hands from the Line of Action hand image generator. And it was a pretty quick drawing session and fairly low internal-drama.

I tried really, really hard to commit to my pencil strokes and not overthink the practice. Better to get pencil mileage in then question myself over and over again, when I’ve got precious little energy to spare.

Now to clean, shower, and get ready for the week. And take some Tums? Tylenol?

Bllaaaaaaarrrrggh indeed. 😩
